Our client, a leader in the sector, is seeking a highly motivated Site Supervisor to oversee subdivision and land development projects across multiple sites in metropolitan Melbourne. This permanent role offers the chance to lead onsite teams and drive project excellence while working alongside skilled engineers and project managers.

  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day civil works, ensuring compliance with Victorian standards, council requirements, and project specifications.
  • Provide strong on-site leadership to crews, subcontractors, and plant, optimising operations for efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Engineers to manage short-term programming and resolve site issues.
  • Maintain site safety and environmental compliance while managing inspections, testing, and hold points for quality assurance.
  • Liaise with consultants, authorities, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery from construction to handover.

Is this you?

  • Demonstrated experience supervising subdivision and land development civil works, including earthworks, roads, drainage, and services
  • Strong working knowledge of Victorian council standards, authority requirements, and civil specifications
  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors, site crews, and plant across active construction sites
  • Sound understanding of construction programmes, sequencing, and short‑term planning
  • Commitment to workplace health & safety, environmental compliance, and quality assurance on site
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and construction documentation
  • Confident communication skills for liaising with Project Managers, Engineers, consultants, and stakeholders
  • Construction‑related qualification and/or trade background (preferred)
  • Current White Card and valid driver's licence
