What are you going to do 

  • Aufbau und Betrieb des gesamten Dokumentationsmanagements
  • Verwaltung des Master Document Registers
  • Steuerung von Dokumenten, Revisionen und Freigaben
  • Nachverfolgung von Lieferanten- und Planerdokumentation
  • Unterstützung des Genehmigungsmanagements
  • Revisionssichere Projekt- und Behörden-Dokumentation

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Ingenieurwesen/Dokumentenmanagement
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Dokumentenmanagement
  • Erfahrung in Anlagenbau-, Infrastruktur- oder Kraftwerksprojekten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit DMS/CDE-Systemen und MS-Office
  • Erfahrung mit Dokumentenregistern, Revisionen, Freigabeworkflows, sowie mit Lieferanten- und Planerdokumentation
  • Deutsch verhandlungssicher, Englisch gut
