What are you going to do 

  • Fertigung und Montage komplexer Stahlbaugruppen für anspruchsvolle maritime und industrielle Anwendungen
  • Durchführung vielseitiger Bearbeitungs-, Anpassungs- und Integrationsarbeiten im Rahmen von Produktions- und Montageprozessen
  • Bedienung unterschiedlicher Fertigungs-, Hebe- und Transporttechnik zur Unterstützung eines effizienten Material- und Arbeitsflusses
  • Sicherstellung einer qualitäts- und normgerechten Umsetzung technischer Vorgaben anhand von Konstruktions- und Fertigungsunterlagen
  • Mitwirkung an der Herstellung, Anpassung und Optimierung großvolumiger Baugruppen in enger Abstimmung mit angrenzenden Fachbereichen

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Metall-, Stahl- oder Schiffbauumfeld oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
  • Ausgeprägtes handwerkliches Geschick sowie Verständnis für Fertigungs-, Montage- und Bearbeitungsprozesse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Arbeitsaufträge präzise umzusetzen
  • Hohes Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein sowie eine zuverlässige und verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise
  • Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Flexibilität im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Aufgaben, Materialien und Einsatzbereichen
