What are you going to do 

  • Verantwortung für das Lieferantenmanagement im Bereich Medizintechnik (Schwerpunkt Endoskopie wünschenswert)

  • Betreuung und Entwicklung von Lieferantenbeziehungen entlang der gesamten Supply Chain

  • Regelmäßige Vor-Ort-Besuche bei Lieferanten zur Sicherstellung von Qualität, Termintreue und Performance

  • Durchführung von Lieferantenbewertungen, Audits und Weiterentwicklungsmaßnahmen

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen wie Einkauf, Qualität, Produktion und Entwicklung

  • Unterstützung bei der Auswahl neuer Lieferanten sowie bei Vertrags- und Preisverhandlungen

  • Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen in der Lieferkette

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen, Medizintechnik oder vergleichbar

  • 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Lieferantenmanagement, Einkauf oder Supply Chain

  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Endoskopie oder Medizintechnik

  • Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen (Lieferantenbesuche vor Ort)

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Strukturierte, analytische und kommunikationsstarke Arbeitsweise

  • Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick
