What are you going to do 

  • Zusammenstellung der einzelnen auszuliefernden Positionen zu Lieferaufträgen im SAP-System

  • Erstellung von Fracht-, Zoll- und Ausfuhrpapieren sowie Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Abwicklung aller Versandaufträge

  • Beauftragung und Koordination von Transportdienstleistern für sämtliche Auslieferungen

  • Anmeldung von Luftfrachtsendungen beim Forwarder und Einholung der erforderlichen Luftfrachtdaten

  • Prüfung und Abgleich von Frachtrechnungen mit den archivierten Versandunterlagen zur Sicherstellung einer korrekten Transportabwicklung

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder gewerblich-technische Ausbildung

  • Berufserfahrung in der Logistik-Sachbearbeitung oder im Versandwesen

  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP

  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) & grundlegende Englischkenntnisse
