What are you going to do 

  • Unterstützung bei der administrativen Abwicklung der Entgeltabrechnung, insbesondere für Aushilfskräfte
  • Pflege- und Erfassung von Personal- und Zeitdaten in Workday und SAP HCM
  • Prüfung und Vorbereitung abrechnungsrelevanter Unterlagen
  • Unterstützung bei allgemeinen Personalverwaltungsaufgaben

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Bereich Personaldiesntleistung, Büromanagement, Industriekaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbarer Abschluss notwendig
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse in den gängigen Office Anwendungen sowie in Workday oder SAP HCM von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift erforderlich, Englischkenntnisse nice to have
