What are you going to do 

  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen
  • Pflege und Verwaltung von Personalstammdaten und Personalakten
  • Bearbeitung von Ein- und Austritten sowie personellen Veränderungen
  • Erstellung von Bescheinigungen, Meldungen und personalrelevanten Dokumenten
  • Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende bei Fragen rund um Lohn, Gehalt und Personalangelegenheiten
  • Kommunikation mit Krankenkassen, Behörden und Sozialversicherungsträgern

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit entsprechendem Schwerpunkt
  • Berufserfahrung in der Personaladministration und/oder Lohn - und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit einem gängigen ERP-System, idealerweise im Personalbereich
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Diskretion und Teamfähigkeit
