What are you going to do

Verantwortung für das Lieferantenmanagement im Bereich Medizintechnik (Schwerpunkt Endoskopie wünschenswert)
Betreuung und Entwicklung von Lieferantenbeziehungen entlang der gesamten Supply Chain
Regelmäßige Vor-Ort-Besuche bei Lieferanten zur Sicherstellung von Qualität, Termintreue und Performance
Durchführung von Lieferantenbewertungen, Audits und Weiterentwicklungsmaßnahmen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen wie Einkauf, Qualität, Produktion und Entwicklung
Unterstützung bei der Auswahl neuer Lieferanten sowie bei Vertrags- und Preisverhandlungen
Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen in der Lieferkette

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen, Medizintechnik oder vergleichbar
3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Lieferantenmanagement, Einkauf oder Supply Chain
Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Endoskopie oder Medizintechnik
Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen (Lieferantenbesuche vor Ort)
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Strukturierte, analytische und kommunikationsstarke Arbeitsweise
Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick
