Introduction

What are you going to do

Deliver subdivision works to program, budget and quality targets
Provide engineering support across earthworks, services and pavements
Coordinate subcontractors and manage day-to-day site activities
Manage project documentation and reporting
Monitor costs, variations and forecasting
Ensure WHS, environmental and quality compliance

Essential skills and knowledge

Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
Experience as a Project Engineer, or a strong Site Engineer ready to step up, within civil construction
Solid understanding of earthworks, roadworks and bulk infrastructure, ideally with experience delivering subdivision projects
Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
