Im Fokus stehen die eigenständige Steuerung von Service- und Montageprojekten sowie die Koordination von Baustellen, Montageteams und technischen Schnittstellen.

What are you going to do

Technische und organisatorische Leitung von Service-, Montage- und Instandhaltungsprojekten im Kessel- und Anlagenbau
Planung und Steuerung von Projekten hinsichtlich Terminen, Kosten, Qualität und Ressourcen
Koordination und fachliche Führung von Bauleitern, Monteuren und Projektteams
Technische Prüfung von Kundenanforderungen sowie Kalkulation und Vorbereitung von Projekten
Betreuung und Koordination der Baustellen inklusive Montage- und Ausführungsplanung
Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Fachbereichen
Nachtrags- und Claim-Management sowie technische Dokumentation
Sicherstellung von Arbeitssicherheit, technischen Vorgaben und Qualitätsstandards

Essential skills and knowledge

Technische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Kesselbau, Anlagenbau oder technischen Service
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Montage, Instandhaltung und Baustellenmanagement
Erfahrung in der technischen Projektleitung und Koordination von Montageteams
Hohes Kosten-, Qualitäts- und Terminbewusstsein
Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Reisebereitschaft und Führerschein Klasse B
