Introduction

We're seeking an experienced Site Foreman or Site Manager to deliver a $10M industrial warehouse new build for a well-established commercial builder. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing end-to-end site delivery on a fast-paced, structured industrial project.

What are you going to do 

  • Lead daily site operations and coordinate all subcontractors and trades
  • Drive construction program, sequencing, and short-term planning
  • Maintain strict adherence to WHS, quality assurance, and environmental standards
  • Manage site productivity and proactively resolve issues as they arise
  • Liaise with Project Managers, engineers, and consultants
  • Oversee site documentation, reporting, and progress tracking
  • Ensure works are delivered to specification, budget, and program

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Proven experience as a Site Foreman or Site Manager on commercial or industrial projects
  • Strong background delivering warehouse or light industrial builds
  • Ability to run a site autonomously and take full ownership of delivery
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing and buildability
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skills
  • Strong focus on safety, quality, and program outcomes
