What are you going to do

Planung und Konstruktion von Anlagen der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung (Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär, Klima)
Erstellung von technischen Zeichnungen und 3D-Modellen (CAD/BIM)
Dimensionierung und Auslegung von Anlagenkomponenten
Abstimmung mit Architekten, Ingenieuren und anderen Fachplanern
Erstellung von Stücklisten und technischen Dokumentationen
Mitwirkung bei Ausschreibungen und Vergabeprozessen
Überprüfung von Plänen auf Normen- und Richtlinienkonformität
Unterstützung bei Bauüberwachung und Projektabwicklung

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Technischer Systemplaner (Versorgungs- und Ausrüstungstechnik) oder vergleichbar
Gute Kenntnisse in CAD-Software (z. B. AutoCAD, Revit, Plancal Nova)
Grundkenntnisse in relevanten Normen und Regelwerken (DIN, VDI)
Technisches Verständnis in den Bereichen HLKS (Heizung, Lüftung, Klima, Sanitär)
Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im TGA-Bereich
