Im Projekt wirken Sie an der Terminplanung und -steuerung von Infrastrukturprojekten für den Ausbau erneuerbarer Energien in Deutschland mit - sowohl als Berufseinsteiger:in mit erster Projekterfahrung als auch als erfahrene:r Terminplaner:in mit fundierter Expertise in der Projektsteuerung.

What are you going to do

Erstellung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Terminplänen für Projekte unterschiedlicher Komplexität
Strukturierung und Pflege der Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) sowie Integration von Meilensteinen und Fortschrittswerten
Einholen, Zusammenführen und Plausibilisieren von Termin‑Inputs aus Genehmigung, Bau, Einkauf, Risiko und Qualität
Durchführung regelmäßiger Terminaktualisierungen, Soll‑/Ist‑Vergleiche und Trendanalysen
Identifikation von Abhängigkeiten, Terminrisiken und kritischen Pfaden
Mitwirkung bei bzw. Durchführung von Terminplan‑Reviews und Erstellung standardkonformer Prüf‑ und Reportingunterlagen
Unterstützung und - bei entsprechender Seniorität - fachliche Beratung der Projektleitung zu Terminstrategien

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder technische Ausbildung (z. B. Bauingenieur, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Infrastruktur oder vergleichbar)
Erste mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Terminplanung von komplexen Infrastruktur‑, Bau‑ oder Energieprojekten
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Project und Primavera P6
Kommunikations‑ und Teamfähigkeit im Umgang mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (min. C1), sowie die Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen
