What are you going to do

Versandabwicklung von Waren
- Packlisten erstellen oder prüfen
- Versandpapiere vorbereiten (Lieferscheine, Rechnungen)
- Abstimmung mit Speditionen / Paketdiensten
Kommunikation
- Abstimmung mit Produktion, Lager und Spedition
- Rückfragen von Kunden oder internen Abteilungen klären
- Terminabstimmung für Lieferungen
Systemarbeit / ERP
- Datenpflege im ERP-System
- Versandaufträge buchen und nachverfolgen
- Status von Lieferungen prüfen
Allgemeine Büro-/Organisationsaufgaben
- Dokumente archivieren
- Versandlisten aktualisieren
- Reklamationen oder Abweichungen melden

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung
Erfahrung in der Versand/Logistik/Industrie
Sehr sorgfältiges Arbeiten
Grundverständnis für Logistikprozesse
